Zoom Line Reserved for Large Conference Room


For the Host: (there are two options for logging on with your computer)


Step 1:

In order for you to be the host on this call, follow these directions:

On the host computer - go to: https://zoom.us/ and then My Account and log in

  • Username: jpal_largeconference_zoom@povertyactionlab.org

  • Password: Evidence7!

  • Choose “join a meeting” from the top nav bar

  • If it asks for your personal ID number use 781 3770 126

  • For audio choose: Phone call And then cancel out of the window; continue without audio because you are going to connect to audio through the Polycom conference phone.

2. Quick Start (you will not be the host but you will still be able to hold the meeting):

On the host computer, go to https://zoom.us/j/7813770126 

  • For audio choose: Phone call And then cancel out of the window; continue without audio because you are going to connect to audio through the Polycom conference phone. 


Step 2:

Dialing into the Polycom Conference Phone:


Host should dial into the Polycom Speakerphone in the Conference Room:

  • Zoom Number: +1 929 205 6099 US

  • Meeting ID: 781-377-0126 (this is also your personal ID number)

  • Everyone on their laptops in the conference room should choose NO for computer audio


You must "unmute" the polycom line by dialing *6



* Please note that this conference line is reserved to be used in the large conference room only.  If you reserve the conference room, this line is automatically reserved as well.



For Guests Dialing in:

  • If you plan to have participants dial in to the meeting, please send them the link: 

  • Guests can join before the host and are automatically muted when they join
