How to add a new person to the list

  1. On your browser, go to google.com and click on the nine little boxes in the upper right hand corner or the screen.  You should see an option for Groups. 

  2. Then choose my groups in the left-hand nav bar.  Above the forum, will see some options in grey on the right - one is “Manage Members”.  Click on this.  

  3. Then on the left choose - “Direct Add Members”.  You may wish to include a message to the person.


How to remove someone from the list:


  1. On your browser, go to google.com and click on the nine little boxes in the upper right hand corner or the screen.  You should see an option for Groups. 

  2. Then choose my groups in the left-hand nav bar.  Above the forum, will see some options in grey on the right - one is “Manage Members”.  Click on this. 

  3. Go to “All Members” (in the left hand nav bar).  Find the member you want to remove and check the box next to their name/email.  At the top there is a button called - “Actions”.  Choose the option called “Remove from Group”.
